Delete Your The Life Account

To request deletion of your The Life account and associated data, email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Account” from the email address associated with your account.

What we delete: your account profile, email address, gameplay history, and progress data.

What we retain: transaction records required for UK tax and accounting purposes, retained for the legally required period even after account deletion. Stripe, our payment processor, retains payment records independently under their own data retention policies.

Requests are processed within 30 days. You’ll receive email confirmation once your account and associated data have been deleted.
