On this day in 1990 Anthony DiLapi was shot four times in the face and another four times to the body, The order was given by Casso and Amuso with Al D’Arco the man who organized the hit team. Two former NYPD officers (Louis Eppolito and Stephen Caracappa) who worked for the mob were convicted of DiLapi and another 7 murders.
